In every room you will find a set of hand-embroidered linen linens, made by an old artisanal knowledge, that recreates the atmosphere of the past.

The story continues...

The story begins in the 1960's, when Numana became a touristic place for both Italian and foreigners coming from Switzerland, France and Germany.

At that time, this charming tourist town, located on the slopes of Monte Conero, did not have sufficient hotel accommodation to cover the needs of the so-called "Villeggianti", as tourists were called by the locals.

My mother Mariella, together with her sister Daniela, invented a new activity during the summer to support the family finances, that of hoteliers, opening the intimacy of their house located in the historic center of Numana to those who were travelling by.

Fast forward to 2011, following the family tradition, a new B&B "La Madonnina" was born, as one of the first experiments of non-traditional hospitality in Sirolo.

It is with great pleasure today that my son and I are ready to welcome you to our family home transformed into a beautiful Relais.
